This morning, crewmembers on the ISS packed Hēki for its return journey. Hēki is tentatively scheduled for its ride back to Earth in mid-2026.

The Hēki team is planning and prioritising test activities to use our remaining time on the ISS most efficiently. In parallel, Hēki’s “engineering model” – Hēki’s lab-based twin – has provided data on how to prepare for Hēki’s safe return to Earth.
